Brilliant room, great service, and really special extras: bottle of wine and chocolate dipped strawberries. Plus, our room came with complementary breakfast for ourselves and our guests in a smaller room, and they comp'ed our parking. So many extras and great service besides. The view isn't the only thing special about the Chateau.
Our stay at the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise has been fabulous!! From the moment we arrived we have been so welcomed. Thank you to all for going out of way with kindness and acceptance. Special shout out to the check in reception, our concierge Will C, Andre our shuttle driver, Keeza our wait staff, Roger (housekeeping) and Matthew our cocktail bartender (your class was so interesting and fun!). I really don’t know what to say……I booked a two night stay at this hotel for my partners 50th birthday and we were left gobsmacked.
The STAFF, VENUE and LOCATION left us speechless. Every moment was a punch me.
The staff not only made us feel like royalty but were the kindest and most wonderful staff we have EVER encountered and we have stayed in many hotels.
