It was the only place to get a sit down lunch while I was on a tour. They were overrun with people. Food was subpar and service other than taking your order was nonexistent.

My family and I stopped here for lunch during our Banff tour. After we finished our meal and were about to pay, the staff member insisted that we had to leave a 20% tip, as if it were mandatory. We received no meaningful service during our meal, yet they immediately pushed for a 20% tip. I found the employee’s attitude extremely rude and unprofessional.

If they had simply let customers choose the tip amount like most restaurants do, I would have happily left 10%. However, because of the way we were treated, I don’t even feel like this place deserves a 1-star rating. The staff clearly need better customer service training.

On top of that, the food was overpriced and didn’t even taste good. Overall, it was a terrible experience. I would recommend going to one of the nearby sandwich shops or Indian restaurants instead.

The menu and atmosphere were decent, but unfortunately the overall experience was let down by the service.

From the moment we arrived, the table service felt unnecessarily rude and unwelcoming. We were made to feel as though our presence was an inconvenience rather than being welcomed as guests. Regardless of the quality of the food, courteous and professional service is a basic part of a good dining experience.

We were already late and tired after a long day, so we decided not to leave and look for another restaurant. However, the experience was disappointing enough that I felt it was worth sharing this feedback.

I hope the management takes this constructively and uses it as an opportunity to improve the guest experience. A little more courtesy, warmth, and professionalism from the service staff would make a meaningful difference for future guests.

The food was disappointing, and it took an unreasonably long time for the staff to even take our order. I ordered the Chinese noodles, but by the time I finished, there was almost a bowl full of oil left at the bottom of the plate.

To make matters worse, after paying, a Chinese lady confronted me and questioned why I didn’t leave a tip. When I chose not to, she immediately gave me a dirty look and changed her attitude.

Overall, the food was poor, and the service was even worse. I would not recommend this place.

We were riding our harley from edmonton and had been on the bike for 5 hours . We arrived at lake louise bar and grill, and proceeded to the lounge for a cold beverage on a +33 day and were refused service in the lounge even though half the lounge was empty. We proceeded to the restaurant side and was bombarded with over priced food and drinks and was refused liqour service after 3 drinks. My girlfrined had 2 floaties in 2 seperate drinks and the waitress ignored our complaint and didnt make a new drink just shrugged it off like it was nothing. We ordered a single order of chicken wings , a single order of shrimp and a single order of dumplings with 4 drinks and the total was over 140 dollars. Oh yeah , dont go to the bathrooms here either.

This place is an absolute joke and an absolute rip off, and no , the air conditioning sucks too.

I would never recommend this place to anyone . Save your money and go somewhere else.

Service was actually good, the waitress was attentive and made sure we had what we needed. No tip was pushed on us, I read a few reviews that mentioned this. Food was ok, fast within 5 min of ordering it was ready. I got the curry chicken katsu and my husband got the chicken wide noodles, both tasted fine. If you’re desperate and hungry like we were, our bellies were full when we left. Prices seemed a little high, overall we spent $65.

Don’t let the images fool you! This was by far the worst cheeseburger we had! HORRIBLE! Not seasoned AT ALL, and it was so bad that I couldn’t finish even though I was hungry!

Honestly, it wasn’t as bad as we expected. We were a little worried after reading the reviews, but we really wanted to have Chinese food, so we decided to give it a try.

The fried rice was actually quite good, with a nice wok aroma. The salt and pepper chicken was one of our favorite dishes. It was flavorful and delicious—we really enjoyed it! The fried noodles were a little bland for our taste, but if the seasoning could be made richer and more flavorful, it would be much better.

The service had a very typical Chinese restaurant style, which we personally didn’t mind at all. Overall, we think the experience was actually pretty good and better than expected.

Service was great, but the food for what I paid for a supposedly Chinese Fried Rice with a couple of sliced chicken, it was not worth it. For the amount of money I paid, I expected a reasonable quantity and somewhat good food, not what I got here. I was very disappointed with the food quality and quantity. I will never go here.
