The salmon flatbread and gazpacho were so tasty. The rhubarb gimlet was also great and the view is unbeatable. Great experience! We walked up with no reservations and had a patio seat within 20 minutes.
Food is great. Probably one of the best in this hotel. However the food was served very slowly. Like really slow. We waited almost 50 mins to finally have some food on our table.
The view is not comparable to the Fairview or Lakeview but Lake Louise is right in front of your window for sure. (If you are sitting at a windows seat)
The waiter is great. Nice service. Very good at having small chats with guests.

Outstanding experience! The branzino, bolognese tagliatelle, and seafood stew were all delicious. Antoine was superb, his suggestions were all excellent and he provided a first class dining experience. And of course the beautiful Lake Louise in the background made it that much more special. Highly recommend!
