“My son and I went to this subway the other day. We both had a 6 inch sub with ham and cheese on it. My son loved his sandwich and so did I. My sub was made on a gluten free bread. I was really happy that they had it in stock. I appreciate being able to eat at the same places as my family. It was delicious and we had all the toppings that we wanted. “I just came from a long trip and needed some food so i stopped at this location and ATUL was leading the shop. He was very friendly with me and listened my order very carefully and served my food with a preety smile. We talked a lot as I was very tired and needed some refreshment. I visited the Beaumont Subway location where the order was placed, and the staff were very understanding and willing to help. While they were unable to process a refund due to system limitations, they offered a rain check for a free footlong sub to make up for the issue.

I appreciate the excellent customer service and their willingness to find a solution, even though the problem originated with the app and not the store itself. Thank you to the Beaumont team for handling the situation professionally and putting the customer first.“
