“While visiting Lethbridge we enjoyed exploring the downtown area. I pre-ordered some spudnuts on the arise website to make sure there were some left for us when we arrived. The baking and drinks at arise are safe for people with milk or egg allergies, those who are lactose intolerant, or vegan. But you do not have to be vegan to enjoy something from this menu. The London Fog, and Chai Latte were my favourite drinks. The cinnamon buns are huge, so have someone in mind to share it with! Check out the baking, and drinks at arise, and while you are there check the freezer for heat at home meals and soups.“
“Bread Milk and Honey is always my go to when I want to treat myself. They have the best mochas I’ve ever had and I bring everyone there. The staff are so awesome and I love the decor with all the plants everywhere. I highly recommend the mocha tarts❤️“
“Small store a little out of the way from the west side but walking in one is impressed with the enormous amount of pies neatly placed in their spots. There is a tremendous variety of pies available. I ordered the saskatoon berry/rhubarb pie which was delicious and perfect in every way presentation wise. I also got a steak and mushroom pie which was also delicious, and also perfect in presentation, with tender beef and mushrooms in perfect balance in gravy. The Pie Store is now our favourite stop for anything pies.“
“Five star place to eat and shop, foods ranging from mainly Dutch to German to British. I had a Dutch dish called frikandellen which was very good. They have a good deli selection and serve some hot dishes. While waiting for the frikandellen, I wandered around the store looking around at all the great European foods. Food was hot and delicious. Great place, definitely recommend!!!“
“Bootsma Bakery absolutely rocked my request! My daughter wanted a “Pink” Rock and Roll themed birthday and they nailed the cake. It looked amazing and tasted so good! We also ordered a number of their pizza dough packages so the kids could make their own, hands down the best tasting and such a great price. All in all they made this birthday very special and the staff have always been so fun and kind to deal with. I would recommend them if you are just looking for a little treat or if you want to add something special to your next celebration. “I recently found that we had this fabulous bakery here in Lethbridge. I wish I had known earlier as I enjoy a fresh product and checkout bakeries wherever we travel. The croissants are wonderfully soft on the inside with a perfect flaky crust on the outside, and I'm a big fan of sourdough. We are fortunate to have some really good bakeries in the area and this is an excellent addition. I encourage you to visit and try some of their products.“
