“My wife and I visited this café for the first time on Valentine’s Day. As you’d expect, it was quite busy, but overall the service was good. The woman at the till was especially friendly and welcoming, which made a great first impression. The atmosphere is comfortable and inviting — a nice spot to sit and relax.

We ordered two coffees and a muffin. Although we were given a number for our table, our coffees were initially delivered to the wrong table. It was a bit surprising that this happened despite the numbering system, but the situation was corrected without much fuss.

The biggest disappointment, unfortunately, was the muffin. It tasted dry and stale. On a busy day like Valentine’s Day, you would hope that the baking would be especially fresh, as that’s often what draws people in.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience with good service and a nice atmosphere, but the quality of the baking fell short. We may give it another try in the future and hope for fresher treats next time.

One additional frustration during our visit was seeing an individual occupying a table for four with a laptop for an extended period while the café was extremely busy. On a high-traffic day, this makes it difficult for couples or families to find seating. While I understand cafés often welcome people working remotely, it may be helpful for management to consider gentle signage or time limits during peak hours to ensure fair access to seating for paying customers.“

“Bread Milk and Honey is always my go to when I want to treat myself. They have the best mochas I’ve ever had and I bring everyone there. The staff are so awesome and I love the decor with all the plants everywhere. I highly recommend the mocha tarts❤️“

“Honestly, boba places are now pretty common, but this is the only one I know of that makes a raspberry flavoured milk tea and it is my absolute favourite everytime. One day I promise to try the honeydew or the blueberry, but raspberry usually wins! I hope this place stays open for a long time.“

“We went there today with friends, and it was absolutely a blast. The place is very cute and well decorated (especially if you like anime). The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a big variety of flavors to pick from. The taste of the drinks is delicious, everything tastes fresh, and the pearls are just right. We'll definitely be back.“

“As a regular patron here I am thrilled at the amazing service I always receive! Thank you to Jada and her team for always being at the top of their game! Do yourself a favour and skip the drive-through at your local Starbucks and come here instead!“

“This was my first time visiting this Starbucks location, and I ended up going twice. It’s a busy store probably because of the Costco across the street but even during the rush, a petite and energetic barista greeted me warmly, asking if I had any fun plans. Despite the crowd, she kept up with all the customers, which I really appreciated.

On my second visit around 7–8 PM, only one barista (her name starts with J) said hi, while the rest seemed focused solely on tasks, which was a bit disappointing. Service here can be excellent, but it seems to depend on the shift.“

“Stopped by to grab a coffee and ended up having a nice chat with the lady and got a delicious peppermint mocha and a cinnamon roll. And my boyfriend got a chai eggnog latte and a delicious white chocolate raspberry muffin. I'll definitely be letting all my friends know about this little gem“

“Coming to this Tim Hortons has always been a good experience. The atmosphere is always welcoming whether it’s 5 in the morning or 9pm. The odd times when I get wrong items the staff efficiently fix the problem while continuing to be friendly.

“We ordered food and they gave me a cinnamon raisin bagel for my bagel belt when I asked for an everything bagel so my food was disgusting and my girlfriend’s eggs were rubbery with dry hash browns. So basically we payed over $30 for 2 drinks and food we had to throw out.“

However, as I was hitting the ORDER button I realized the order was going to the downtown location on Scenic. So I called that store to see if they would credit me back my money — they called the Uplands store and asked them if they would make my drink for me and they would square up amongst themselves. “I often come to this branch, and I’m never disappointed with the quality of food and drinks I receive. My drinks are always made correctly, my lattes filled all the way to the top. I appreciate the staff’s friendliness, and I never wait too long for my order to be taken or for my order to be served. 10/10, recommend.“
