Friendly staff and clean dining area.
Most times their service is exceptional and their overall atmosphere is great but lacks customer attention when waiting for 5 plus minutes for someone to serve you.
Definitely one of mt stops before heading back to the USA. I always bring a bucket of Tim bits back for my coworkers. And of course a London fog for myself :).
