Tim Hortons is a clean location, but it seems to be understaffed. Food preparation can be slow, and items may not be served at the correct temperature. For example, a pizza was only barely warm, and sausage egg biscuits and hash browns were cold. The coffee, however, is always hot and tastes good. While the staff is friendly and hardworking, there are some inconsistencies, such as the lack of napkins provided with food or coffee. The bathrooms are clean, and the restaurant has soft booths available. Despite some issues, the overall experience is still positive.
