staff needs to learn how to make gravy. it's not suppose to have the consistency of water.
We ordered 9 pieces with fries and gravy. Maybe because we had a coupon there were 5 tiny legs 1 rib, one small piece of breast meat and 2 tiny wings. Very disappointing! We won’t be returning and if this is because of the coupon then don’t send them out. This just ruins your reputation. We won’t be recommending KFC and we won’t be back.
I ordered a four piece meal and paid for a gravy because I can't eat the fries or chicken without the gravy from Scenic Dr North. I didn't receive my order of gravy. I called the restaurant and asked to speak with the manager. She said that she was the manager. I explained what happened and asked her to send me my gravy. She said she couldn't and that I should contact Skip the Dishes for a refund. Meanwhile the only thing that I could eat from my order was the little coleslaw...read full review
