“The food there is usually GREAT! My only concern is the 18% service charge that is added without ever telling people. Plus, I always thought a tip was a CHOICE and for something extra. My assumption is that at a restaurant, you order, your food/drinks are brought to the table and that is all part of the menu price. So tipping for what SHOULD be done is RIDICULOUS! It's no wonder less and less people are going out for meals at restaurants and heading to fast food places.“

The restaurant itself is nice although mainly takeout orders.
The food I’ve gotten here has been consistently great, albeit note quite the traditional donair I’m used to from Lebanon or surrounding areas.
But a great sandwich, it is.

We have had pizza from almost every place around Lethbridge and so far this was one of the better couple pies we have had, not only quality but the price point is fair. “Great pizza. Love the old school dining room but it’s quaint and quiet. The pizza is what you come for. Best in town. And the staff have been there for years meaning it’s a great culture. That’s important because it means the staff care. When they care, your experience is much better! Great place to go especially if you’ve got a show to see over at the Yates theatre!“

“This is just a quick spot to come and grab your online order. Basically there are no seating arrangements inside, it is actually very inconvenient for anyone with disabilities, but in my opinion pizza hut has the best quality pizza for the price. And they are pretty quick when you order!“

“I have no issues with the pizza or the staff!However while I was there waiting for my order, 2 guys came in and it appeared like they knew the staff and they just walked around the counter and went into the kitchen while talking to everyone. Then another guy came in and just walked around the counter and picked up some orders and left. I just found it a bit unprofessional as if it was a free for all type of environment. But again, the pizza was good!“
