“’m not saying this Subway has ruined all other Subways for me… but I’m also not not saying that.

I eat here often enough that I’m starting to wonder if I should be on payroll. The team is incredibly friendly—like, suspiciously friendly. The kind of friendly where they remember your order, your weird customizations, and probably your life story if you stood still long enough.

And speaking of customizations—they actually read the notes on online orders. Every time. Which feels like a minor miracle in today’s world.

Mistakes? About as rare as hen’s teeth. And when they do happen, they fix them quickly, gladly, and without any awkwardness.

Last week, I left my cookies behind when I stopped there in person (yes, tragic). Not only did they remember (and give me some fresh cookies a week later!), but the customer service manager apologized… for my mistake. That’s next-level service.

Also—these people do not believe in “light toppings.” If you ask for something, you get it like you meant it.

In summary: great food, generous portions, and a team that somehow manages to be both highly competent and genuinely kind.

“I just had the best experience with my mom at this location. My mom had a big order and she was a bit stressed. Harsh one of the employees was so calm and helped my mom quickly to navigate the subway app. (The older generation don’t know!) Uttam the other employee was very patient in helping my mom with the order. The best customer service I’ve seen in a while. We forget to help people sometimes, and both Harsh and Uttam were doing their job well, while being kind and efficient! Will go back to this location just for them!“

“Sukh was so incredibly friendly snd kind. I scrambled in at 10:59pm and the restaurant was set to close at 11:00pm. She didn't shoo me away but instead tried to make me feel welcomed and valued. She was fast, efficient, and compassionate. She smiled, talked, and built genuine rapport. I felt respected and she didn't make me feel guilty or ashamed for coming right at closing. I really appreciated that.Sukh was not only kind to me but she was also extremely kind and compassionate to two street people who came to buy something to eat and sit down to warm up.
