“Mohammed and Vaidik created such a welcoming and friendly environment that was customer oriented amd professional. I had an issue with an online order which they were quickly able to refund and rectify, in the past I had experienced much more stress with refund situations involving their app, however they were able to refund me without any issue. The food we ordered was delicious and they even had fresh baked cookies. They were genuinely friendly and caring that it was my son's birthday and made our whole family feel valued for our patronage. I would highly recommend this location of Subway over many others that I've been to. These two gentlemen seemed authentically invested in creating a customer experience that makes people want to return. Five stars!“
“Never ever had a sandwich like this on any Subway! I was in Lethbridge for a short visit from Toronto, when I had it. Kawaljeet was very welcoming, courteous and professional with the food. She put the same sauce, same veggies that I usually have, but still it tasted that delicious which my taste buds never experienced. Really Loved it.“

“I just had the best experience with my mom at this location. My mom had a big order and she was a bit stressed. Harsh one of the employees was so calm and helped my mom quickly to navigate the subway app. (The older generation don’t know!) Uttam the other employee was very patient in helping my mom with the order. The best customer service I’ve seen in a while. “’m not saying this Subway has ruined all other Subways for me… but I’m also not not saying that.
I eat here often enough that I’m starting to wonder if I should be on payroll. The team is incredibly friendly—like, suspiciously friendly. The kind of friendly where they remember your order, your weird customizations, and probably your life story if you stood still long enough.
And speaking of customizations—they actually read the notes on online orders. Every time. Which feels like a minor miracle in today’s world.
Mistakes? About as rare as hen’s teeth. And when they do happen, they fix them quickly, gladly, and without any awkwardness.
Last week, I left my cookies behind when I stopped there in person (yes, tragic). Not only did they remember (and give me some fresh cookies a week later!), but the customer service manager apologized… for my mistake. That’s next-level service.
Also—these people do not believe in “light toppings.” If you ask for something, you get it like you meant it.
In summary: great food, generous portions, and a team that somehow manages to be both highly competent and genuinely kind.
