Subway in Lethbridge

“’m not saying this Subway has ruined all other Subways for me… but I’m also not not saying that.

I eat here often enough that I’m starting to wonder if I should be on payroll. The team is incredibly friendly—like, suspiciously friendly. The kind of friendly where they remember your order, your weird customizations, and probably your life story if you stood still long enough.

And speaking of customizations—they actually read the notes on online orders. Every time. Which feels like a minor miracle in today’s world.

Mistakes? About as rare as hen’s teeth. And when they do happen, they fix them quickly, gladly, and without any awkwardness.

Last week, I left my cookies behind when I stopped there in person (yes, tragic). Not only did they remember (and give me some fresh cookies a week later!), but the customer service manager apologized… for my mistake. That’s next-level service.

Also—these people do not believe in “light toppings.” If you ask for something, you get it like you meant it.

In summary: great food, generous portions, and a team that somehow manages to be both highly competent and genuinely kind.

“Mohammed and Vaidik created such a welcoming and friendly environment that was customer oriented amd professional. I had an issue with an online order which they were quickly able to refund and rectify, in the past I had experienced much more stress with refund situations involving their app, however they were able to refund me without any issue. The food we ordered was delicious and they even had fresh baked cookies. They were genuinely friendly and caring that it was my son's birthday and made our whole family feel valued for our patronage. I would highly recommend this location of Subway over many others that I've been to. These two gentlemen seemed authentically invested in creating a customer experience that makes people want to return. Five stars!“

“Sukh was so incredibly friendly snd kind. I scrambled in at 10:59pm and the restaurant was set to close at 11:00pm. She didn't shoo me away but instead tried to make me feel welcomed and valued. She was fast, efficient, and compassionate. She smiled, talked, and built genuine rapport. I felt respected and she didn't make me feel guilty or ashamed for coming right at closing. I really appreciated that.Sukh was not only kind to me but she was also extremely kind and compassionate to two street people who came to buy something to eat and sit down to warm up. “Mostly a great experience. The washroom was nasty, clearly never gets cleaned properly as you can see the buildup on the floors and the overall grossness. Regardless my experience was pretty great, great service and food. Nothing was old or dry, everything was made to perfection. “Never ever had a sandwich like this on any Subway! I was in Lethbridge for a short visit from Toronto, when I had it. Kawaljeet was very welcoming, courteous and professional with the food. She put the same sauce, same veggies that I usually have, but still it tasted that delicious which my taste buds never experienced. Really Loved it.“

“I just had the best experience with my mom at this location. My mom had a big order and she was a bit stressed. Harsh one of the employees was so calm and helped my mom quickly to navigate the subway app. (The older generation don’t know!) Uttam the other employee was very patient in helping my mom with the order. The best customer service I’ve seen in a while. We forget to help people sometimes, and both Harsh and Uttam were doing their job well, while being kind and efficient! Will go back to this location just for them!“

“I used to go to this subway pretty often, lets say maybe twice a month but stopped going recently because of horrible service and constantly being disappointed with my food because I'm honestly pretty picky with how I want my sandwich done and the staff usually treated me rudely because of it.

This time was completely different. During my break, I went to this location because I was craving a sub and ready to face the same treatment I have before: except this time it was amazing.

I was immediately greeted friendly and served by a sweet gentleman, not sure what his name is but he had an angel wings tattoo on the back of his neck and a lip ring. I told him that I wanted my sub toasted but only for half the time that its usually toasted for and this time, no one rolled their eyes at me or just completely ignored me and put it in for the full time, I was even told that it was no issue at all when I apologized for being difficult.

I usually don't tip but this time I just felt that I needed to because of how sweet the staff was this time and my sub ended up being amazing, like mouth watering level amazing. I also got a free cookie in return for leaving a review and who is gonna down a free cookie?

Overall please go show the people at this subway some love, the service was better than I get at most restaurants now a days and they definitely exceeded my expectations :D“

“So many people come here. It's one of the busiest subways in town. Aside from this one and the food court. I don't trust the other ones. I have never gotten sick from anything I've eaten here. That says a lot. Overall, I have nothing bad to say about this place.“
