“Coming to this Tim Hortons has always been a good experience. The atmosphere is always welcoming whether it’s 5 in the morning or 9pm. The odd times when I get wrong items the staff efficiently fix the problem while continuing to be friendly.
Wanted to finally leave a positive review, as I come here lots and is never disappointed:)“

“So I did a dumb thing… I placed an online order to be picked up through the drive through. However, as I was hitting the ORDER button I realized the order was going to the downtown location on Scenic. So I called that store to see if they would credit me back my money — they called the Uplands store and asked them if they would make my drink for me and they would square up amongst themselves. Well they did — so I got my London Fog with extra vanilla!!! And I didn’t have to drive across town to get it!!! And they did it all with a smile to boot!!!“

“I reached out to our neighbourhood Tim Hortons to ask for donations to help make our teachers and school staff feel extra special this weekend. Supervisor Sukhpreet was so lovely and kind, and the Manager of Operations Sara was fast, helpful, and friendly and helped us pull off a great surprise on a very fast turn around.

“We ordered food and they gave me a cinnamon raisin bagel for my bagel belt when I asked for an everything bagel so my food was disgusting and my girlfriend’s eggs were rubbery with dry hash browns. So basically we payed over $30 for 2 drinks and food we had to throw out.“

“This location is a cozy and comfortable spot, great for socializing with friends and family. The service is consistently good, the workers are always friendly and ready to serve customers. The facility is also kept clean and in pristine condition. Overall, would recommend this location to anyone looking for some great food, service, and chats.“

“Shoutout Legacy tims! I called and asked for a donation for our local club. The supervisor was excellent in getting it organized even with the manager off duty and helped me on short notice. It means so much and our club was so grateful for the treat!“

“Good location on the strip when you're out and about shopping. They usually have the products I ask for and the drive thru is pretty quick in comparison to other Tim Hortons I have visited. Lost 1 star for staff friendliness or lack thereof. Their main concern is their drive thru time which I can appreciate but it's not hard to smile and say hello while still remaining quick.“

“This is my first time writing a review, but couple of days ago, I ordered at this store, and the young lady with glasses who served me was really kind and patient. I ordered a small coffee, double-double, and was surprised by how quickly she made it. I also asked a bunch of questions about the breakfast menu, and she patiently explained everything to me. She was very positive, and even though I took a long time to look at the menu, she remained patient and kept smiling. Overall, the staff here are very welcoming, and I will definitely stop by again. Great service!“

“I often come to this branch, and I’m never disappointed with the quality of food and drinks I receive. My drinks are always made correctly, my lattes filled all the way to the top. I appreciate the staff’s friendliness, and I never wait too long for my order to be taken or for my order to be served. 10/10, recommend.“
