Day staff at this location is alright, but once 4pm hits the service is atrocious. Ignoring customers, no communication speaking amongst themselves instead of taking or completing orders.

Stopped by Tim Hortons in Park Place Mall the other night and ran into a bit of a snag when my card wouldn't go through. Before I could even react, the young blonde gentleman behind the counter, who had just taken my order, offered to cover it himself. Wasn't expecting that at all. Really made my day. Big thanks to him and the team there. It's the small things, you know? Gives me some hope for the younger generations. Will definitely be back!
