Tried to go for lunch yesterday. It was already pretty steady for customers. Arrived around 11:35AM. Got seated right away. The waitress took our drink order and order right away. Waited over 20 minutes for our drink, and after 50 minutes she came and said they lost our order and asked us what we ordered again. and offered us a $20 gift card. We where a 10 person group with kids for a 40th birthday, no warning that kitchen was down to a single fryer, food took forever fries where cold and soggy tried to order desserts but they where out of the cheesecake that everyone ordered, this place used to be one of our favourites but after this and the last couple experiences we will not be back, good luck to you if you choose here, hope they make some changes
Ordered the dragon bowl and two piece fish and chips and Terrible portions for the amount you pay. Food was tasteless. The worst fish and chips I’ve ever had. Will never again be ordering from there again. Wouldn’t even feed this food to my dog
