Bittersweet taste after my last visit today. For the price you pay for a cone ($7.60 for a small cone!!!!) you would expect much more, the taste was not good, the fruit toppings were ripe and tasted odd, and the cones weren't fresh at all, they were chewy. Not happy at all, probably won't go anymore. Big disappointment!!!

I've been to this location many times. The employees were so kind and friendly. But my last visit was not good. There are new employees and they are so dry, rude and not very friendly. The place isn't clean like it used to be. The ladies working don't have their hair nets on properly, we found HAIR in our ice cream. I don't think I will be going back. The man working has zero customer service skills.

Visited here tonight, first time this year and it will be my last. My daughter and I felt as if we were kindergarters being sent to the principals office to be yelled at for doing something wrong. The man serving us was snapping at everyone including a worker, he was rude and I just picked the first ice-cream and mix-ems to get out as quickly as possible.I'm going to DQ next time. At least I won't get yelled at

We had a great experience at this location during our recent trip to Lloydminster. Staff was great... And patient while we figured out what we wanted, and was extremely accommodating for our son who has a peanut allergy.Not the cheapest ice cream... But the best service... And best toppings!

Marble slab is always a good place for delicious gourmet ice cream flavours, the service at this location was good and efficient but very lackluster. Enthusiasm is obviously not going to affect the taste of your ice cream, but it definitely made the experience there more insubstantial. Would still very much recommend, it's a great place ?
