No doubt the taste is good, but it happened with me twice, I ordered online which showed me the pickup time 30 minutes and when I reached after 25 minutes for the pickup of the order and it was cold, the guy over there told me that I picked my order lately that’s why it got cold. I told him that when I placed the order online it mentioned on your website that the order will be prepared and ready to pick after 30 minutes, he said it’s there format that they show 30 minutes but pizza gets ready in 15 minutes and he was keep arguing and blaming me for going late to pick it up. Secondly, he is keep pressing my pizza in front of me and keep saying it’s still warm, how he can touch the pizza while taking payment and touching his cash tills and pinpads. When i told him not to touch the pizza and press the dough then he said my pinpad is clean. It’s really disgusting, the guy needs to learn or get trained about food safety and handling the food.

Ordered a vegan pizza specifically for my son who's allergic to dairy. The pizza ended up having regular cheese on it and my son got very ill. All I got was a half hearted apology and a $5 refund for essentially poisoning my son. Never ordering here again.

Wow! They must have hired a new pizza chef because the food has gone from “meh..” to absolutely delicious! Fluffy crust pizza, lots of sauce, toppings and cheese. Nachos were loaded! The wings need to be soaked b4 being fried but all in all? Comparatively, best in Lloyd. Soooo good!

Red Swan is a great chain pizza all things considered, far better than most of the comparable competition. They have good deals and fast delivery, usually. Fairly consistent but you do get a skimpy pizza every now and then.
