Went to Bar one this evening with another couple of people. Spouse ordered the Bar One Burger and I ordered the Mile High Burger. Our order came in a reasonable time and I commented to my spouse that the burgers were pretty sparse. My burger had sautéed onions, cheese and mushrooms and lettuce. Bar One offers excellent food and friendly service in a clean, laid-back atmosphere. The steak sandwich is excellent, and the tea is perfect. The staff are super friendly, attentive, and accommodating, with specific shoutouts for Rebecca, Harman, and Brandi. A hidden gem for groups and meetings, with wheelchair accessibility via an elevator. Perfect for a relaxing dinner after a long drive or a night out, whether staying at the hotel or not.
