Terrible service. It took over 45 minutes to get an appetizer. Waited another 20 minutes and still no meal for our 5 yr old or either of us. No explanation, no service whatsoever. The servers were just avoiding the tables. When I tracked the manager down to see when we could expect our meals they could not answer so we left. I understand that situations can occur but it’s how you handle it.
Ordered takeout, arrived to pick it up just after the time the confirmation said it would be approximately ready, then continued to wait for 25 more minutes. I had to ask 3 people if my order was ready and 2 of the 3 didn’t come back. When the guy finally handed me the order, it was complete but stone cold. This isn’t the first time. Won’t be back.
