“Last couple years since the new ownership, service quality, speed of service and consistency of products has drastically fallen. Our Artic Swirls are all to often not mixed fully, sometimes with half the cup being straight ice cream. Cups not topped up, this one tonight was an inch shy of the rim. Product is still decent, what's the point of ordering a large size if you get the same product as the smaller size. Quality control is a major issue. Hopefully you can bring it back to where it once was.“
