This was the worst experience I’ve had at McDonald’s.On the evening of December 28, a lady working there called my order number and then told me to wait 5–10 minutes because there was no cream at the front and she did not want to go to the back to get it. Getting the cream would have taken barely a minute, yet instead, she said she would complete other customers’ orders first, even though they ordered after me. Watching others being served while I was made to wait was extremely disrespectful and frustrating. This showed poor customer service, poor time management, and a complete lack of respect for customers. I will not be returning to this location.

The staff are always super. Great to have this McDonald’s right in Walmart- very convenient. The placemat design was pretty neat. As much as I like open spaces, this isn’t very private as right by the door so everyone coming and going gets to see you eat (there are a few more private tables).

Fast low quality food I had to discard most of my crispy chicken sandwich because of poor quality
I ordered the same menu just a day apart, but the burger was noticeably different. There's a Filipino lady working there, and whenever she handles my order, the portion seems smaller and she often leaves out the sauce. I always ask for extras, but it still doesn’t feel like enough when she prepares it. Because of that, I usually avoid ordering when I see she’s on duty.
This hasn’t just happened once or twice — it’s been a repeated issue, so I wanted to bring it to your attention.
Other staff are great and usually ask if I need ketchup when I get takeout, but she tends to be unfriendly and doesn’t seem as attentive.
