OPA! of Greece Medicine Hat Mall

I need gluten free food and wanted just a chicken skewer. There was really nothing else in the food court i could eat. The wonderful young lady at the counter was able to serve me a few minutes before opening.
I really appreciated her kindness and good service.
And the food was good!

Ordered calamari, Santorini salad, lamb wrap, and chicken wraps to go, all very tasty. The ladies did a great job, everything labeled clearly (no onions, etc).

Soggy under cooked fries and terrible customer service, I took back the fries because they were undercooked and they did not even offer to make them Properly! 🙁
Service was very slow and asked for a tip before they even give you your meal!!

Food was very good. Just the right amount of Greek flavouring. Chicken Souvlaki was tender. Caesar Salad had right amount of dressing. Rice was flavourful. Pita was warmed before serving. Tzatziki was perfect flavour. Order extra Tzatziki because it was so good.

Amazing customer service, no argument for good portions of sauce on the gyro pita or feta cheese. Prepared proper and a lot of meat on the gyro pita wrap. The woman who prepared it was very friendly and the food was perfect. I’ve been to multiple Opa’s in Alberta from Edmonton to Medicine Hat and this was the best one so far. Keep up the great work, will be back.

If I could rate it less than 1 star I would. About 15 minutes ago they served us undercooked, pink chicken. My husband took it back and the lady working had horrible attitude and wouldn't do anything until my husband started ripping it up to show her how the majority of it was pink. She then put it back on the grill for about 30 seconds and gave it back. Will never be wasting our money here again
