The usual popular fried chicken that is much better than the old colonel chicken. This particular store is outstanding because of the staff. They were helping, accommodating and polite. Without asking, they provided us with four paper bowl to share the family meal. At every corner, staff was happy to assist with a smile on their face. Much better than the typical fast-food restaurant that only care about taking your money, giving you food and getting you out.

This restaurant shattered my life. Wait in line for 10 minutes in a completely empty restaurant. Meanwhile the guy in the back is pumping out hundreds of peices of fried chicken for no apparent reason. Wait another 10 minutes for a chicken sandwich. Take it back to my hotel and it was cold as ice obviously made gours ago. I threw the 12$ soggy chicken carcass across the hotel room and stained the carpet. Not only have I not been to any popeye's in 3 years, I havent even eaten a chicken sandwich since then. It tramatized me. I want my soul back

The last two times I've eaten here im constantly questioning if the chicken tenders or in this case chicken nuggets are cooked. Im at the point I've had more bad experiences than good and about to write this place off.

You can imagine the ethnicity of the staff working there 🙄. The chicken was soggy sandwichs were not good, soggy bun, little to no sauce, 1 single pickle!? It used to be good and it went down the drain
Wow! Me and my son we're very disappointed. This used to be good before a certain culture took it over. Now it is dirty inside, the chicken is soggy and the sandwiches looked pathetic. Very sad.
Chicken was decent, not great. Fries were hot though, and very good. Service was great. It was very smoky in the restaurant and that made it somewhat uncomfortable.
