The Starbucks Coffee Company receives positive feedback for its staff and service. The barista Zoe went above and beyond, making a caramel machiato described as the best one ever, with a personality like a ray of sunshine. Another employee, Kaden, is always smiling, helpful, and leaves encouraging messages. The staff double-checks ingredients for allergies and makes samples for unsure kids. The drinks are always delicious, though pricey. One location on Strachan road has poor staff behavior, but the new one by shamrock is very good. The ladies behind the counter provide exemplary service with attentiveness and courtesy.
