I went to Subway around 8 PM and ordered two sandwiches. They forgot to toast the sandwiches. I wanted to get the subs toasted or replaced since I was already home by the time I checked on my meal. The three gentleman working there when I ordered spoke English clearly and accurately. However, when I called back at 10 PM, they refused to speak English and kept hanging up on me. I tried to speak with them about the situation, but they only spoke in their native language. I was disappointed...

I went to Subway today and i was confused, kept changing my mind, and didn’t even know what exactly I wanted.
But Karan, the employee there, handled everything with so much patience and respect.
He didn’t get annoyed he just smiled, helped me step-by-step, and made sure I got exactly what I would enjoy.
And trust me… the Canadian club sandwich he made was perfect.
Fresh, balanced, and honestly one of the best I’ve ever had.

It's a Subway. Staff was friendly, the modern fountain machine nozzle was gummed up or not on straight as every pop choice sprayed out in multiple directions. Nothing reached the user but did get all over hands and the outside of the cup. Sandwiches were fine. Thank you for having plain water cups available.
