Really friendly staff and a decent atmosphere to the restaurant. However the food, while well portioned was a little lacklustre. For instance I ordered the standard cheeseburger which should be difficult to mess up, however the patty itself was just not great quality but also the thickness of the trimmings inside were incredibly thick. I had a whole cross section of onion, whereas most restaurants give you only three or four rings due to the overpowering flavour onion has.
Rachelle was an tentative and happy server. She cared about our presence and was courteous to us. The food was great, served exactly to our request. Would recommend to everyone staying at The Medicine Hat Lodge, or even to locals and others visiting Medicine Hat.
The food on brunch for Thanksgiving was awesome, the staff are great and the ambient was cool. I'll back for sure.Amazing brunch Had thanksgiving brunch with friends the buffet was awesome. Staff super friendly. The food was so delicious. Date of visit: October 2023
