Every time I come here I have such a fun time! This place is great, the food is always amazing and the service is great! One of the best kegs I have been to in a long time

Enjoyed our dinner and the service with Vanessa was outstanding! She was so personable and knowledgeable in pairing sides and drinks to our meals. Vanessa clearly loves what she does and next time we really hope to see her again. We are from out of town but this Keg was definitely one worth visiting with great service the Keg always offers!

Used to be a regular Keg goer in Calgary. Since moving here. I have only been to this location a couple of times. It's been great every time. The food has been great and amazing service.
My only complaint would just go to the layout/construction of the location. It's one of the more bad kegs I've been to. From the overall look and environment to the spacing of tables. But that aside would totally recommend the keg to anyone!

Starters were meh, Steak was amazing. Definitely enjoyed Chicago style. Double stuffed potatoes definitely a hit.

overpriced, inconsistent

We tried to get a table at the Keg tonight. We waited at the front from 8:45-9:00 pm. We didn’t see anyone to seat us and it’s a Friday night! Just disappointed. I really like the Keg but I just find most big chain restaurants in Med Hat have terrible service.

We had private dining as a group, and there is hardly anything to complain about. The whole evening went very smooth, food was excellent, private room was a great size for a private function, great atmosphere, service was awesome too. Nothing to complain about and will love to host an event at this location again!

It's unfortunate when a dining experience doesn't meet expectations, especially on special occasions like a birthday. The service was not only slow, with a significant wait for drinks and the main meal, but also disorganized, as indicated by the before-meal bread arriving after the main course. Additionally, the issue with the steak being very rare and the subsequent delay in receiving a remade meal certainly added to the disappointment. It's understandable to expect timely service and food that is prepared to one's liking, particularly when the restaurant is not busy. Sharing this experience so you can be inform others who are considering their dining options, and it's clear that in this instance, the service at a neighboring establishment to be more satisfactory. When choosing a restaurant, service and quality are key factors, and it's regrettable that this experience fell short in those areas.

Where to begin...our evening started with a COLD bottle of red wine. We then proceeded to order our appetizers. Mushroom Neptune and bacon wrapped scallops.
The chef obviously had confused the two and scorched the Mushrooms Neptune and considerably under cooked the bacon wrapped scallops.
Phase three..the main course.
We decided to over look the appetizers fiasco and proceeded to order our main course. Much to our surprise, on a Tuesday evening , the Keg Steakhouse in Alberta of all places, were fresh out of prime rib steaks! The main reason for our visit nonetheless.
Disappointed would be an understatement!
After a mutual glance to one another, we chose to just pay for what we had ordered and bid the Keg a final farewell.
Headed to the Costco next door to grab a couple of prime rib to bbq and some room temperature wine.
Home it is! Good luck folks!

Lobster and steak was amazing!! Our servers were great all the staff from even entertaining honestly amazing and the prices are great!! What a fun date night out thanks guys for making it so awesome and great food highly recommend checking this place out

Tenderloin we ordered was Chicago ( charred !) it was tender and melted off the fork !!! Pricey but delicious. April was an excellent server… checked on us regularly but tuned in that we wanted our privacy … compliments to the person who cooked our steaks to perfection on August 10 , 7:15 pm !!!!
