Consistently good with friendly and attentive staff. Great Happy Hour prices just wish they extended the HH to 4pm-6pm instead of 4-5 pm on a Friday .

In town just for the night and had a really great sirloin and lobster oscar.

We had a reservation at The Keg tonight for a special occasion (4 of us in our party). The waitress was very friendly, told us she had been working at the Keg for 10 years, and I thought we were in for a very good evening with an experienced server. Unfortunately, things went downhill after that. Drinks were served reasonably quickly, no complaints there, and she asked if we would like to order an appetizer, but she said this as she went by quickly without really waiting to hear our answer, and when she didn't return to our table, we weren't able to get her attention for another 15 minutes or so. We did eventually order an appetizer, but after being there for about 50 minutes by now, our appetizer didn't appear, nor had we been offered any complimentary bread yet. At that point, we asked about possibly getting some bread, and in another few minutes, a loaf appeared, but still no appetizer. Shortly after that, our meals arrived while we were still eating the bread, after having sat there for about an hour by now, with really very little interaction with the waitress. The kitchen staff that brought our meals even seemed a little shocked when they brought them out and we told them we hadn't had our appetizer yet. Anyway, I attribute the lack of attention we received to a table of 8 young guys that came in shortly after us (no fault of theirs). They seemed to be receiving the bulk of our waitresses attention. At any rate, when paying $70 + per person for meals and drinks (+ a tip on top of that), you would think you would get at least reasonable service, but I have to say, this was sub-par. The food however, was excellent - nicely plated and delicious. We have been to this Keg several times and the food is always top notch and usually the service is too. Maybe we caught the server on an off-night, but when you are paying a considerable amount for meals, especially on a special occasion, the service can make or break the evening. In this instance, unfortunately, it was very disappointing.

Great food, always consistent. Why in god’s name would all Kegs (chain-wide) discontinue the herb butter they served with bread? Staff can never explain it.

Very nice service.
Veggies were over cooked and on the cool side. The baked potato was so cold the butter on it didn't melt. Too tired from driving to send it back. Just commenting to let them know

We were a group of 21 . One of the best meals ever in a dinning lounge. The 2 waitresses that served us were amazing
The orders all came out at the same time and were hot . Thanks again to the staff and a special thanks to our waitresses for making our evening special.

It was a great place had a nice relaxing meal. And the mocktail was very nice. I'm glad to see the Keg has mocktails on the menu.

It couldn’t have been a better experience. Vanessa made it the best time possible. From the friendly conversation the best recommendation!! I would recommend asking to be sat in Vanessa’s section any time you can! She truly made the night extra special!!
