Very disappointing customer service at the 13th Ave Tim Hortons in Medicine Hat around 5:22 a.m. on September 5. The female employee in the green T-shirt was extremely rude and dismissive, telling me to “go” in a harsh tone. Customers deserve basic respect and professionalism. Hopefully management addresses this.
This location was somewhat busy… but behind the counter, things appeared very disorganized and chaotic.
No one behind the counter knew where to find the promotional croc wallet, and by the time they found them, I was already leaving.
Additionally, their bar scanner didn’t work and I spent over $40 so lost my points.

Deep is one of the best staff I have ever seen working at this Tim Horton super friendly
