I had time to search this place and write a review before being served in the restaurant line up. One person was a head of me the whole 8 minutes I wanted to be served. Too much focus on drive through. One poor dude doing counter service.

I like to go here with friends for coffee. The coffee is excellent. But it routinely takes 20 minutes to get your coffee whether there's a lineup or not.

Was ignored for 5 to 10 minutes while staff went back and forth. Not one single acknowledgment. When I asked to speak to a manager there was no one there to speak to. Absolutely horrible and unacceptable customer service!

I don't understand why it's so hard to do this job. I did it for 3 years almost 15 years ago and never had a problem. It's OK to admit you guys don't know how to make coffee or food anymore. 8/10 times we go here the coffee is burnt ,weak,or just straight up wrong, I know a double double sounds confusing but it's really just 2 cream/2 sugar ?shocking I know!and the food I mean come kn you have little instruction pictures right in front of you that literally show you how to make stuff. So little tip for next time make sure the orders are right BEFORE handing them to the customer. And instead of moving the old coffee to drive threw because no one will notice the old coffee just dump it like your supposed to and make a new pot I promise it's not going to bankrupt you guys. One again I'm going to head office to complain. Step it up Tim's.
