How can you really rate? Tim Hortons they work like so hard. It's so busy and all of us that go through the drive-thru are always in a rush and we're probably mean to them so this one is pretty good. Staff were friendly and I just wish that they didn't have long time waits for when people get big sandwiches and pizzas and stuff. It's annoying. It should just be a coffee shop. I miss the good old days when it was just coffee and muffins and donuts. That's it. You want a big lunch....read full review

Tim Hortons on Trans Canada Way provides good food and service at reasonable prices. The staff are friendly and efficient, making customers feel welcome. Recently, the restaurant has shown a commitment to the community, stepping up as the Kids’ Activities Sponsor at the Canada Day Festival, which helped create a fun space for families. However, the drive-thru may need some improvements to better handle traffic flow, as some customers have experienced issues with their orders. While inside the service is generally fast, there have been reports of challenges, such as misunderstandings with orders. The coffee quality can vary, but the tea remains consistently good. Parking can be tight, and adding a one-way sign could help with traffic. Customers appreciate the friendly staff, especially those who go above and beyond, but some reviews indicate that service quality has been declining. Overall, it offers a typical Tim Hortons experience with some room for improvement in parking, drive-thru design, and staff communication.
