Seems like the service at the Tim Hortons in Medicine Hat are declining. I kept getting parts of my order shoved into my face in the drive through and it appeared to be the end of the world and a difficult task when I added on a donut and timbits to my order.
Asked cashier to rinse out my reusable coffee cup ( it had melted ice cream in it ) Gal didn’t listen or comprehend, poured the hot chocolate directly in the cup!🙄 We again said no we would like it rinsed out first and to purchase hot chocolate. She dumps it out and hands back the empty cup😑. FINALLY she put the hot chocolate in after rinsing out the cup. We wished her a good day and left. Ugh! Learn English please.
