Very confusing with adding hockey cards too your order!! And usually get my breaky sandwich messed up once a week but do understand they are busy but get it right cause Nothing worse then having to call them! Train staff too multitask....

I’ve tried to get Decaf coffee after lunch at this location many times, however this coffee place “doesn’t brew decaf” they put espresso in the cup and fill it with hot water!! It is disgusting!

Don’t order a breakfast sandwich after lunch! I had sausage and egg on a biscuit and it had egg shells in the egg and the egg must have been sitting there since early morning as it was just discussing hard rubber. Went into the trash. After being so hungry, I lost my appetite.

The trash cans in the store were all full Like no one takes the garbage out and it smelt like rotten eggs coffee it was cold the bathrooms were disgusting wish I would have brought my phone ide have pics posted everywhere of the Filth . Went in at 356pm Jun 22 someone put ur staff right ur store is

They were missing 2 kinds of soup, ice cap machine is broken, no cold brew and, the ice coffee I did get was 3/4th ice. Add on top that my order was stopped on one till whole the other till ran a few people though and, I can't really give this a better review than a 1 star wish I could put zero because they also forgot to add butter :/
The customer service is always fast, efficient and attentive at this location. If i need coffee, unless im up town i will go past most other locations to get to this spot.The coffee is always hot and the proper amount of sugar and cream. The only thing is there lunch selection is limited due to there size, but they stock the good sandwiches any way! Just be respectful of the people in robes, wheelchairs or iv bars, remember they may not be able to stand in long as lomg as you. Not requirement but i feel they should have a dedicated line for patients.Other than that, great service!Kid-friendliness: It is kid friendly, but there are hospital patients around, so be sure they use inside voices hehe (from an experienced uncle)Parking: Parking may be limited, but if you are healthy, there is lots of street parking on blocks around!Wheelchair accessibility: Yes its in a hospital!
