The customer service is always fast, efficient and attentive at this location. If i need coffee, unless im up town i will go past most other locations to get to this spot.The coffee is always hot and the proper amount of sugar and cream. The only thing is there lunch selection is limited due to there size, but they stock the good sandwiches any way! Am a regular customer, Mostly good service however one staff members consistently shows that he is incapable of operating the toaster, ice Capp machine, and the cream cheese spreader. Very poor quality when he is on. For example morning of July 9, 2021 opening shift once again proved that he is incapable of working the toaster.

Very confusing with adding hockey cards too your order!! And usually get my breaky sandwich messed up once a week but do understand they are busy but get it right cause Nothing worse then having to call them! Train staff too multitask....
