The staff at this Tim Hortons are always happy and friendly. They treat me and my dog very good. Not only that but it's one of the few Tim Hortons in Medicine Hat that always gets my order right every time. Even if I didn't live up here I'd drive to this location because of the great service Keep up the good work.
Ever since the upgrades getting serviced on the inside of the store is almost impossible. All the workers are always in the drive thru.
When I opened my meal it had not even been wrapped and then I opened it and it was all smooshed and looked gross. They charge extra for no egg on your meal and just over all extremely slow. Waited over 10 minutes for hashbrowns to be made, and ice capps were melted by time food was ready. There were flies in one of the timbits tray.
