Our usual pizza place didn't have gluten free crusts in stock, so I tried Crunchyz Pizza in Morinville for the first time. I had ordered 5 gluten free pizzas, a Greek salad, and their Donair poutine. The food was excellent! However, one pizza was missing. I tried contacting Skip the Dishes for a refund for the one pizza but they were unable to give me one. So I contacted Crunchyz on Facebook messenger and they replied quickly. They told me to call Sam and they would be happy to make it right, and they did! They gave me the option to have a new pizza made, or a free pizza the next time I order with them. I decided to go with a new pizza and 20 mins later it arrived at our door! I appreciate the quick response, the friendly staff, their customer service, and the great food. I would definitely order from here again!
