I used to like this place but I've noticed recently if you dont tip them (even if they literally only hand you a cupcake), there is no thank you given to the customer. MY tip...take the tip off your debit. Its awkward for the customer. If it warrants a tip, you'll get one. The last time I went in, the cupcakes were also quite stale. The guy behind the counter brought more out right after my order...wish I had asked to trade...so thats on me.
The gluten free lemon poppyseed muffin was delicious.
94 Take the Cake made an amazing 2 tier completely edible chocolate oreo birthday cake with short notice. Best birthday cake we've ever had. This is now our go to place for all our cake and sweet needs! (it was me who broke the small cookie)

Their sausage rolls are particularly delicious, while the cupcakes and other pastries, although beautiful, may be too sweet for some. The cinnamon buns are the best you'll ever eat and have become a Christmas tradition. The bakery features creative decorations and makes the most beautiful cake, exactly what was asked for. The chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream is a perfect moist cake with just the right sweet icing. Despite being busy, the wait is worth it for the tasty food and delicious cookies. Parking can be challenging on Elma street during lunch hours, but the experience is enjoyable for those who love supporting local businesses.
