The BEST rare beef satay pho ever. I used to go to the Calgary one, and was so happy to find out they have one in Okotoks once we moved out here! 🙏🏻 I have looked everywhere, even internationally and nothing compares. We were delighted to have the (delicious and free) jasmine tea to sip on during a birthday date in the rain! We both ordered the large #1 beef noodle pho, plus an order of shrimp salad rolls. The broth was EXCELLENT, and it cooked the beef to perfection. There were two big salad rolls instead of three small ones, which I prefer because it improves the rice paper:fillings ratio, plus a huge portion of peanut sauce.
