“We had a very short window for an unexpected date night. The place filled up really quickly as we ordered and the staff managed to get us 2 drinks each, fully fed, to-go boxes for tomorrow's kid lunch and bills paid within 50 mins. Food was great, service was excellent, atmosphere 10/10. We'll be back. Highly recommend“

“Had my birthday dinner here with my daughter. We had an assortment of appetizers. Fried pickles were fabulous. Fried mushrooms were very good and a huge portion. The sausage rolls were the best ever! We also shared a Scottish poutine. The haggis was under seasoned but it was otherwise an average poutine. The service was great:)“

“Can't ask for a better local stop! Friendly and personable staff, a great pizza menu plus a few other items and ice cold beverages. The food is good and the drinks are tasty. Whether a solo venture or you're filling up the place, JH will be happy to accomodate! Special shout out to Stacey and El!! They are usually pouring my favorite libation before I even sit down... that is service!!“
