“Frequent trips Edmonton to Cochrane, or Banff or BC, we drive through Olds and always stop at your DQ 👏🏻👏🏻. Fab food, staff etc etc. Today I can’t help but review the handicap stall in the women’s washroom, the reason for my 2* on atmosphere. I was too embarrassed to go up to the very busy counter in person.

I’m disabled. The toilet height is surely not handicap height, I almost fell trying to seat myself (I just kept going down). Then to try to rise…

The state of the toilet seat was gross. Either it was so old the stains were ingrained front to back, side to side or the previous person had dire circumstances to deal with and staff wasn’t monitoring the bathroom cleanliness. As I said… gross. I beg that you spend $20 and provide your customers with better bathroom experiences to match your stellar restaurant ones.“

“Went thru the drive thru one night and told them I wanted a burger combo and to just surprise me with their choice. Was really good, friendly and fast.
They gave me some sort of poutine that had cheese, bacon, on the fries and it came with sour cream on the side, I never would have willingly bought it on my own. So I’m happy they put that in because it tasted amazing and will definitely order that again. All in all everything tasted great and was hot and fresh“

“Food at its best! The cashier who attended to me was very polite and kind, adding a pleasant touch to the experience. The pizza was simply the best – with generous toppings and a clean cut, made in a hygienic way. The crust was golden and fluffy, a delightful contrast to the soggy and flat pizzas from other stores in Olds. I would definitely recommend this place and will be returning again!“
