“Incredible staff and service! Entire staff is pleasant, professional, always sharing a smile and a hello. The job they do is difficult with various customer types and constant lines to deal with both in drive-through and inside restaurant service. My interactions with each and every one in this retail outlet have been over any expectations I would have. I am a "Timies" for life kind of gal and there is NO other coffee I buy so visiting these wonderful employees of Ponoka Tim Hortons everyday is something I look forward too and enjoy. Whomever hired these individuals should have a pat on the back for hiring such a great and hard working team. Well done!
