Ordered a Philly cheesesteak sandwich for takeout. Next to no meat, soggy undercooked onion ring, Aus Jus was watered down broth with next to no flavour. Fries were also soggy and undercooked. Was not seemingly busy to have “justified” a mistake. I’ve ordered this multiple times from other locations and has been my “go to” for awhile, this time was a major disappointment and a sad birthday lunch to boot. Called to notify the manager and he did apply a credit for me to use on a future visit.

We ate at Boston Pizza tonight and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The service was careless from the start — our server brought out refills of pop without paying attention to which cup belonged to whom. Items we requested were forgotten, and we ended up waiting an hour and a half just to get side dishes. By the time they finally came, our meals were already cold.
Throughout the visit, the server didn’t check on us at all, even though the restaurant wasn’t busy. We had to go find her ourselves just to get the items we had already asked for. Overall, the lack of attentiveness and the long delays made for a frustrating experience that really took away from enjoying our meal.

Going in, it's like every other Boston Pizza, you know what you'll get and it all looks the same. No surprises.
BUT, TAKEOUT AND DELIVERY IS A JOKE. Every single time we do takeout or delivery something is missing. Tonight it was the salad, cookie and juice box that was supposed to come with my daughter's meal. In the past it's been sides, dips, an entire pizza. I shouldn't have to double check my order every time to make sure I have my food before I leave the restaurant or let the delivery person leave, that is the restaurant's job. If you can't do the very basic of ensuring that the food people have PAID FOR is included in their order you need to only do dine-in. Or TRAIN YOUR STAFF.

We’ve been coming back to Boston Pizza in Ponoka and it never disappoints! From the steak, ribs, to the pasta — everything is always cooked perfectly and full of flavor. The food quality is consistent, and the portions are great. The service is just as impressive — friendly, fast, and very attentive. It’s one of our favorite spots in town and truly a gem here in Ponoka. We’ll definitely keep coming back!

Boston Pizza is all about the service, and this was no exception. Our late-night server Matthew was great! Patient and quick, knew the menu precisely.

Went out for leisurely dinner with my buddies Griff Branding and Brocket. We order a round of flaming doctor peppers which rock! Couple more drinks then we order dinner.. the usual of course fish and chips extrna sauce. We finsinghs chowing down dinner and then the cactus cut Sunday catches our eye. My buddy ten pin orders it hoping for a sweet salty night cap but is then present with a steaming pile of Boyle street. The flavours just didn’t coincide, however flash pin is a trooper and polished the meal. We pay our bills and he slowly starts composing about stomach aches. We began the drive back to Edson when horse bin begins noted the increasing stomach pain and visions, involving his deceased dog frank. And in these visions frank is the green guy in the attached image. Anyways tasted just ok.

Food was delicious, but the service was terrible. Not sure of her name but she was a young blonde in the lounge. Took forever to take our order, didn't do a single quality check on our food, didn't bring any parm and chili for our pasta, she never came back to our table so we could even ask for them. Took forever to bring us the bill. I served at BPS for years and these are just little things you need to do as a server. There was alot of staff working also so lack of staff is no excuse. Maybe she needs a bit more training?
