The chef came out to see how much I loved my steak. I got to thank him personally and he told me all beef is brought in from a local Alberta farmer. We talked a lot about how fun it is to live in a small town. Ponoka is where I was born. My birthday was two days ago and I still got a free brownie! We are hooked. Every weekend my mom and I go to the Hitchen Post. I couldn’t tell you a favourite dish. They are all wonderful. Butter Chicken is to die for. I think they could turn that sauce into shots and sell them at $5 a shot. Today my rice hating mother was turned into a rice lover thanks to a fabulous Shrimp Marsala.
