Worst Dairy Queen I've been at, the burgers are not fresh there were hard pieces in the patty, the place is dirty, the service is poor, because of this dairy queen its not my best place to eat anymore, what happened to this place?really disappointed 👎👎

No complaints with service, staff is great. However, you can see how exhausted and burnt out they all are, for working more hours than they’re supposed to be, and not having enough staff especially on Stampede week. What’s worse is that the owner/manager wants to extend store hours until after midnight just to accept more customers, with no regards to staff’s welfare. In addition to that, their shift leaders keep on sending extra staff home due to their concerns of increased labor, leaving more tasks for the few people who will be left until the restaurant closes. This place’s management needs to be more concerned of their staff’s wellbeing rather than profit.
