Came here with my mom for lunch despite the reviews. Was a bit nervous to try but my mom loves fried chicken. The person taking our order was so patient and made awesome recommendations for us. Food was so good, too!
The lady there was so nice. She helped me with recommendations and was very patient with me. Very good experience!
Its always a hit and miss with the food. Earlier in the day it's usually good and fresh, later in the day there's a longer wait and chicken tastes stale (sometimes sour) and the usually tasty coating is dripping with grease. The salads ALWAYS have a grey tinge to them and taste unappealing. The fries are always great. Nice staff or I wouldn't go back. Sometimes owners of fast food places have store policies and unfortunately in Ponoka that policy is not always fresh.
