I ordered a frosty with my meal today, it was full of hard plastic pieces broken off from there machine ranging from very small to large 2” pieces. This is a huge choking hazard, if this was given to a child it could have been even more harmful. I called and was told to bring it back, They made no indications the machine was shut down and offered me another frosty to replace the one I got, when I refused all they did was give me a refund of $2 and didn’t seem bothered or take this situation serious.

We got food here, but honestly, the whole experience was disappointing. The bathroom was filthy — both sinks were covered in grime and hair, and one stall was taped up with an “out of order” sign. It clearly hasn’t been cleaned properly in a long time.
There were five people behind the counter, but they spent more time chatting with each other than taking orders. It took forever to get served. And if wearing sweats is the new “uniform,” that tells you everything you need to know about how seriously this place takes standards.
If the customer-facing areas look like this, I don’t even want to think about what’s behind the scenes.

Patties not nearly as marketed. Atleast food was warm before work. Gd staff working at 1030pm. Wont be ordering at wendy's for awhile bc of the patty size.

Besides taking one order every 10 minutes and the staff treating people rudely for trying to order. I ordered a breakfast baconator and got a assortment of toppings and a English muffin that was not only not what I ordered but I had to put the sandwich together my self. an absolute sham of a buisness. if your looking for fast food please avoid this place wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

The new manager has made this place atrocious! They make you wait until the person in front of you has left the drive thru before they even take your order now, and she said hello three times and then kept ignoring me. This place used to be one of the best fast food places in town, but the last few times I've gone it's been a disaster. The new "manager" is rude and dismissive. Coupons all of a sudden don't work? And when I pointed out that she's not very good at her job, she started YELLING AT ME AND CALLING ME RACIST IN FRONT OF MY LITTLE CHILDREN.
I will never be back and I hope head office does something about this. Disgusting behavior.
