I went through drive thru this evening with feeling frustrated with my long day at work. I was greeted with a cheerful and enthusiastic “good evening ma’am, how are you today?” I noticed her name badge Arceli, she demonstrated a genuine total customer service.
I was also pleased to see and witness a flawless flow of engagement, and impeccable teamwork between Arceli and another associate with her.

First time in 3yrs I have been here, told someone i would give it another try. The lady at the till was great and I did not have to wait to be served. She was very polite and friendly, lunch was good.
