The cashier immediately called me and told me to download their app and she will throw in extra food for me for the inconvenience even though it was not her fault. Then the cashier was kinda rude, she made me feel like I need to hurry to choose my side even if there was no one behind me and the way how she talks to me were rude. It’s refreshing to see this kind of worth ethic and customer service at a fast food franchise. Attention to detail and hygiene is always so appreciated.
