I purchased a muffin and it seemed a bit dry. I guess I must have made a bit of a face while I took my first bite so the gentleman behind the counter asked if I didn’t like it. I mentioned the dryness and right away he remedied the situation and gave me a new muffin. He certainly was kind and his showing of concern seemed genuine. Thank you kind sir.
I just tried Second Cup and I have to say their Moccaccino is amazing! The taste is really good and I was thoroughly impressed. Highly recommend trying it! Their service is great as well.

We ordered the three cheese sandwich and cheese with ham, it was very tasty, and we had cappuccino, hot chocolate and orange juice.
I'm just not going to give it five stars because of something that really bothered me (the girl who prepared the hot drinks kept touching her nose, maybe she had an allergy or something like that) but I never saw her sanitizing...
