Honestly, I read some of the reviews here after having eaten here one separate time, and I didnt get bad service at all.
I came here again yesterday and yet again the service was completely fine. I really think it's just a bunch of whiny people that can't handle the service style offered here. There isn't time for the staff to give you some long winded reply and ask you how you like the weather.

I love the mango chicken😋
The Bourbon St. Grill offers a delightful dining experience with friendly staff, generous portions, and a menu featuring tasty options like mango chicken and blackened chicken. The restaurant is well-maintained, and customers praise the efficiency of the service, though some note room for improvement in customer service. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with lively jazz music creating a lively vibe. The food quality is generally good, with dishes like bourbon and Louisiana chicken being popular, though some find them a bit dry and dry. The noodles are tasty but can be oily. Many visitors consider it a hidden gem, often experiencing long lineups due to its great value and surprisingly good mall food. Sometimes, they get lucky with BBQ pork, which sells out quickly. The portions are large enough to serve as both dinner and lunch for the next day, with prices around $11 - 15 depending on the protein and veggie options. Service is friendly and efficient, making it a favorite spot for regular visits. Overall, Bourbon St. Grill is a great choice for those seeking tasty meals, good portions, and a warm atmosphere.
