Dairy Queen Reviews
Excellent customer service, great food, and friendly staff! Outstanding supporter of community!
Hola from Huatulco !Our grandkids love your place !💗We will be back !
Being one of only two Diary Queens in Sherwood Park it gets busy especially during the soccer and baseball season. I'd avoid during those times as ice cream will be soft. Otherwise it's decent. Needs a renovation however as it's still original

Dairy Queen Grill & Chill is known for its nice exterior, short lines, and delicious food. The restaurant is kid-friendly with a no smoking area and welcomes children. Wheelchair accessibility is good with ramps to enter and designated parking spots. Customers appreciate the exemplary customer service, with employees like Avery and Nick providing helpful suggestions and always showing kindness and smiles. Many visitors enjoy the popular Ice Cream cakes and Blizzards, and some have shared positive experiences with the staff, noting their extra effort and friendly attitude. The location also offers a classic summer experience, with a small building where customers walk up to the window when the weather is warm, making each visit feel special. People often visit on warm summer nights, creating cherished family traditions like enjoying a Banana Split—a favorite treat with vanilla soft serve, ripe banana slices, and toppings finished with whipped cream and a cherry. Although there have been occasional issues, such as unavailable ice cream flavors, staff members work hard to provide good service, offering helpful recommendations. Overall, Dairy Queen remains a popular spot for families looking for a sweet treat and a bit of summer nostalgia.
