Japanese Village Sherwood Park

We had a great experience! We went to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary. I'm not sure if I'm saying his name properly; I think it's Tom. He was our chef, and everything was amazing! We really enjoyed our time and everything was delicious.

Their sesame sauce is delicious. You can buy it in the to go bottle for $10, and it's one of the best sauces for steak and veggies we've found.

We won’t for our 8 year olds birthday tonight. Had the best time. Brody was awesome!!

Had an amazing experience at the Sherwood park location. Server was excellent always refilling drinks and there for anything we needed. Had a female chef and she put on an excellent show and food was cooked great. We had a disappointing experience at a different location last time so was very impressed today. It is a smaller location so gets pretty noisy but will return for sure.

The place is basically a dump. It in such bad shape it's was a shock. The prices are very high for what feels like a bargain basement experience. I will not go back with my family. The location on the south side is better but not by much honestly.

Took my boyfriend there for his first time for his birthday on Tuesday and we absolutely loved our experience there! Staff were amazing, the service was excellent and our chef was hilarious and professional. Thoroughly enjoyed the food, it was fresh and cooked perfectly. Prices were reasonable for the experience, and if you can try the new Madame Butterfly with the Apple Sake - it was heavenly! 10/10 would love to come back for our next big dinner!

The experience was fine. However the price discrepancy from the menu you have online is outrageous. Online menu shows $23 actual price on menu in restaurant is $37. Not acceptable...misleading

Well was a little disappointed with our recent dinner there. Food service was really disjointed , rice was served 10 minutes before main course so of course we were all hungry waiting for the dinner so we all ate the rice before dinner arrived. Chef cooked fish first, then steaks and Teraki beef last. So most were done eating when we got ours. The Teraki beef had been sitting on the grill for at least 10 minutes so it was kind of hard and chewy when it was finally served. There wasn't enough veggies at first so chef had to cook some more. Bottom line the taste and quality was just not there. Not planning on returning.
